I am testing a small change that will make all messages appear
from the list rather than me personally.

Nothing will change except that you will get less mail from "Ron
Bentham" and more from "Catamaran List"

If you wish to reply to any message, please look for the correct
email address of the original sender in the email.

Posh people out there who use Outlook rules may have to change
them.

It would be very clever for those people who use "out of office"
autoresponders to exclude cat emails - because every time a message goes
out, I generally get a shed load of "out of office" emails in my inbox!!

Tip.... set up an incoming rule to deal with cat emails before
the autoresponder gets it (power users of Outlook only - if you don't
understand this then simply ignore it)

Furher Tip for power users - do you really want to advertise the
fact that you are on holiday? It's the internet equivalent of not
cancelling the milk and papers. Don't forget that your "out of office"
auto response emails get sent to every incoming email - and that
includes the spammers and phishermen....thus confirming that you are a
live email address.....think about it!
