Trying to get an idea on numbers..
How many English / Welsh boats can we expect for the Scottish UKCRA ranking 
Long Distance - 'The Four Inches Race' around the Islands and bridges of the 
Forth Estuary?
This year it will be hosted by SNECCA in conjunction with Dalgety Bay 
Sailing Club on 16th August.
Of course, this year it will return to the usual format of sunshine, no fog, 
and a Force 4 breeze!
