Can anyone help at all?

I sailed dinghies years ago but since moved on to Yachts (currently a Sigma
33).

However I love the look of cat racing/sailing and would like to dip my toe
in the water. Problem is I have no idea which would suit my needs/budget
best.

Im 6'4 tall, 17 stone and have around £2 - £3K available. I would like
something that I could sail single handed but that will accommodate a crew
if and when they are available! Are there any twin trapeze examples anyone
can recommend?
